Lisa Hotel (Lisa Hotel)

We stayed for 3 days and 2 nights, and our experience was really great. The pool view was stunning, and we were amazed to see a hot air balloon land right behind our room! The front desk staff, especially Sou, was very helpful and friendly, making our stay even better. The food was delicious, and we had a good, comfortable sleep. The hotel is also conveniently located—just around a 3-minute drive from the city. Plus, there’s a sky club behind the hotel where you can try paramotoring and other fun activities. Highly recommend this place!

The experience at this hotel is highly dependent on your travel style. I would absolutely recommend it to families and groups seeking excellent amenities like the gorgeous pool and tranquil garden. The staff and owner were exceptionally friendly and helpful; the owner even showed remarkable kindness by not charging me for heavy dirt stains on the towels after a strenuous hike—a testament to their understanding of Vang Vieng's adventurous nature. However, for solo backpackers, the isolated location is challenging. Getting around Vang Vieng requires personal transport, and without a motorbike or license, you become dependent on the hotel's shuttle for every drop-off and pickup to the main town. While the quiet atmosphere is lovely, solo travelers prioritizing convenience and walking access to restaurants and activities would be better served staying closer to the town center. If your goal is relaxation and enjoying top-notch hospitality, this is a perfect retreat.

房間是比較傳統的三星酒店標準，設施配套比較老舊，室外泳池是亮點，拍照很有感覺，非常出片，這個酒店以接待中國旅遊團為主，早飯儘量早點去，去晚了可能剩下的食物就不多了

Очень красивый вид из некоторых номеров. Просите именно их! Хороший завтрак. Чисто. Все новое. Интернет хороший. От центра где то 10 мин на машине. Но отель предоставляет бесплатный трансфер.

โรงแรมปรับปรุงใหม่ ถูพื้นยังไม่แห้ง แอร์เก่า ได้ผ้าเช็ดเท้าไม่ได้ผ้าเช็ดตัว น้ำรั่วตรงแอร์ ห้องสวยใช้ได้ไม่ค่อยสะอาดเท่าไหร่ อาหารเช้าพอทานได้ รถรับส่งโรงแรมฟรีสะอาด โดยรวมไม่ได้ดี ไม่ได้แย่ กลางๆ

Mixed Experience – Not Ideal for Solo Travelers I recently stayed at this resort and had a very mixed experience. First, the location is quite inconvenient if you’re planning to visit the main attractions—it’s about a 30-minute walk or you’ll need to spend extra on rides like InDrive. There are no nearby convenience stores either, so plan ahead. The resort seems better suited for large groups rather than solo travelers or couples. There is an onsite restaurant, but the menu is limited. We had a buffet lunch on the first day, but after that, it switched to a fixed menu with three options—unclear what determines the change. The atmosphere can be a bit noisy, especially with large tour groups. During my stay, there were many Chinese tourists who were loud and partied late into the night, which could be a downside for light sleepers or those unfamiliar with that travel style. The rooms themselves are decent, but there are some issues. Ants and moths appear at night, so it’s best to keep food and drinks sealed or in the fridge and turn off lights when not in use. Water is provided daily, but room cleaning is only done upon request. Also, Wi-Fi doesn’t reach the rooms at the far end of the resort—something to keep in mind if you rely on connectivity. There is a swimming pool, but it wasn’t particularly inviting due to insects in the water—I didn’t see anyone use it during my stay. On the bright side, the view of the mountains is beautiful and offers a peaceful backdrop. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this place unless you’re traveling with a group, don’t mind extra commuting, and are okay with basic amenities and some nature-related inconveniences.

ตอนไปเช็คอินที่ล้อบบี้ พนักงานหายไม่มีใครอยู่ต้องเสียเวลานานที่ต้องรอ สุดท้ายมาแล้วรู้ว่าที่โรงแรมมีงานเลี้ยงพนักงานช่วงสงกรานต์ และวันแรกที่เข้าเช็คอินพนักงานไม่ได้ให้คูปองอาหารเช้า ต้องไปขอเอง พอเข้าไปที่ห้องตรงปกนะ แต่ห้องไม่สะอาดเลย แต่ก็ตามราคาเข้าใจได้ ไม่มีระบบรักษาความปลอดภัยนะ ใครจะเข้าก็ได้ อาหารเช้าไม่อร่อยเลย เค็มนำ อาหารและผลไม้บางอย่างปล่อยให้ แมลงวันตอม ดูเงียบเหงาไม่มีคน อาจจะเพราะโรงแรมดูยังไม่พร้อม คนเลยน้อย โลเคชั่นห่างจากตัวเมือง ต้องเช่ามอไซด์ เรียกรถผ่านแอพก็ไม่ค่อยมี เรียกยาก

服務真的很不錯 前台很熱情 幫我們聯繫租摩託車攀巖 和餐廳溝通客房送餐 服務可以彌補所有 另外酒店的PHAI THAI很好吃 點餐份量很大 就是出品不太穩定 酒店的車可以送我們到鎮上各個地點 提前説就好啦

Описание отеля абсолютно не соответствует действительности. Заселилась в ремонт, грязь, пыль и получила отравление в местном ресторане. Потеряла время и деньги в нем. Сервиса нет. Переселили в шумный отдельный дом, после того, как умоляли это сделать из-за невозможности жить в основном корпусе. Номера тоже не убираются.

酒店可以安排接站，司機會舉著你名字的拼寫到萬榮的車站接你，酒店離鎮上有一點距離，但是可以讓酒店的司機送一下，回來就需要自己走路或者打突突車了，酒店有些房間可以直接在陽台看熱氣球升空，酒店有游泳池，但是池水不算乾淨，早餐還可以，前台不會中文，但有個別工作人員中文還可以，風景不錯，單度假的話，可以考慮。
